Problem Statements

  1. International Admissions team as two primary responsibilities , which are reviewing potential student applications and responding to applicant enquiries
  2. Currently 70% of application teams resources are spent on inquiry response resulting in only a 30% human resource allocation available for reviewing applications and making applicant decisions.
  3. This limited time allocation towards application review is hindering the admissions team's ability to efficiently process International Student applicants within the indicated 4 weeks.
  4. The key question majority of inquiries that GBC receives are regarding the applications status creative repetitive work for the admissions team.
  5. GBC has the opportunity to eliminate these redundancies by creating a higher level of transparency in communication with International Students regarding the status of their application to reduce the number of inquiries they receive. </aside>
